About Me

I have studied, trained and worked in mental health and psychotherapy for the past 17 years. I continue to be impacted by way in which relationship, connection and knowledge can change people's lives.

I love my practice and I feel committed to my clients growth, health and safety from the very start of the work with them.

Areas of Interest and Experience
I have worked as part of a University therapeutic service for over 10 years and can offer extensive support to students - including international, post-graduate and mature students.

I have extensive experience of chronic illness and the personal challenges this can present, and I work with many clients who are managing ill-health and long term conditions.

I work compassionately with clients with Autism, ADHD and neurodiversity, and I am passionate about the safe exploration of these conditions in a therapeutic setting.

I am interested in intersectionality, diversity and identity, and work well with clients who wish to explore their sexuality, gender-identity or other concerns in a supportive space. I particularly appreciate when aspects of our identity can feel at odds with our lived environment and the struggles this can bring.
